Introduction

An adjustable post consists of a metal structure embedded in a drying cement floor. Only, one inch of the post base is kept above the floor. You can raise and lower it for protection from moisture and prevention of damage.

Instructions

1. A l long threaded bolt is driven into the ground with the help of a air-powered drill. The bolt should be three inches above the ground.

2. The included washer should be placed onto the bolt end. Washer is used to tighten and keep the base in place.

3. Inner plate of the base is inserted on top of the bolt. Keep the small walls of the plate facing down so the plate is raised above the bolt and washer.

4. The post is pushed into the base in such a way that it rests firmly to give support. By lifting the open hinged side of the base, you can close the base around the post.

5. Nails are driven through each of the holes around every side of the base. They are useful in holding the post into the base.
