3. Put the washers on the bolts. Threading of the bolts through the holes should be from the outside to the inside Connect to the mount points of the light fixture. Nuts are used to secure the light fixture to the underside of the lid.

4. Holes are sealed with putty. After light bulbs are fixed into the light fixture, lid is fixed back.

5. Make the connection of the extension cord to a power plug.
